Меморіальна премія доктора Лі Чон-Вука в галузі охорони здоров’я присуджується особі або особам, установі або установам, державній або недержавній організації або організаціям, які внесли видатний внесок в практику охорони здоров’я.
Група з відбору кандидатів на Меморіальну премію д-ра Лі Чон-Вука провела 19 січня 2021 року нараду для розгляду 13 кандидатур, висунутих на присудження премії, а також технічних коментарів Адміністратора по цим кандидатурам.
Група одноголосно постановила запропонувати Виконавчому комітету ВООЗ присудити меморіальну премію за 2021 р. Державній установі «Національний науковий центр радіаційної медицини НАМН України» (Україна)
26 січня 2021 року на 148 сесії Виконавчого комітету ВООЗ Меморіальну премію Лі Чон-Вука присуджено Державній установі «Національний науковий центр радіаційної медицини НАМН України»:

awarded the Dr. Lee Jon-Wook Memorial Prize for Public Health
Dr. Lee Jon-Wook Memorial Prize for Public Health awarded to a person or persons, institution or institutions, governmental or non-governmental organization or organizations that have made an outstanding contribution to health care practice.
Candidate Selection Team for the Dr. Lee Jeong-wook Memorial Prize held a meeting on January 19, 2021 to consider 13 candidates nominated for awarding the prize, as well as technical comments of the Administrator on these candidacies.
The group unanimously decided to propose to the WHO Executive Board to award the Dr. Lee Jon-Wook Memorial Prize for 2021 to the State Institution “National Research Center for Radiation Medicine of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine” (Ukraine)
On January 26, 2021, at the 148th session of the WHO Executive Board, the Lee Jon-Wook Memorial Prize was awarded to the State Institution “National Research Center for Radiation Medicine of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”:
